View Full Version : Imageready?
Bsmith 02-28-2005, 12:27 AM Ok...I've had both adobe photoshop and imageready for awhile now. But I've never have used Imageready b/c I've never really figure out what the hell it is for or what it does.
Can anyone explain to me the difference between these two programs? thanks

why dont you try reading the manual?
And there is a photoshop forum down there , this is the technical and hardware discussion forum.

Then I suggest you contact Adobe and request a replacement for your lost one.

ImageReady is an image optimization tool designed specifically for optimizing images for web. Its capabilities are far more extensive than photoshop's simple "save for web" feature. It also will do gif animations and a plethora of other things. If u don't do website stuff, u'll probably never find a feature in ImageReady that u can't do in Photoshop.
