fcapparelli 09-18-2002, 02:50 PM This is one of my homes I made in maya 4.0. Most of my models are for game setup. What do you think. 900 poly triangulated. Textures done in photoshop 6.0. Prob going to edit the textures to add more of a dirty look. For everyone who thinks I used GI I didn't. Lighting and Rendering is done in Maya. looks great! post some wireframes if you get a chance. love the roof tex. is that the light set up that i gave you, because it looks very clean. it does not do that for me.

Looks great! did you use Maya's default renderer? It looks like you used
GI.

looks ok. don't render it in GI if you are trying to put it into game.
game will not render GI for you. always hard ware render. so that whenever you are trying to test and see the final result, but on textured view. capture it. that is the right way to preview.

looks pretty good, I like the railing. My one suggestion would be to darken the shingles. Get some contrast in there. ;)
