It is the hotkey editor in the pref area. You can make it anything you want then.

I have copied/pasted this from the docs ... too lazy to type it ... it's for 6.2 7.1 7.2 but should work fine on 7.3 as well ...

" Altering keyboard bindings.

Red Hat Linux 6.2

Window Manager

Gnome/Enlightenment (*)

First, you have to change the Enlightenment configuration file manually. We do not know of a GUI program available for doing this. In /usr/share/enlightenment/config/keybindings.cfg, comment out the first block of about 15 lines of code that begin with _ACLASS __BEGIN.

Next, follow the steps below to alter the mouse focus settings.

Click the Gnome control center;
Select Desktop > Window Manager, then click the Run Configuration Tool for Enlightenment button.
Under Basic Options, change the Focus Follows setting to either Mouse Pointer or Sloppy Pointer (not Pointer Clicks).

KDE

Open the KDE Control Center;
Select Window Behavior > Properties. Then in the Focus Policy menu, choose "Focus Follows Mouse".
Select Window Behavior > Mouse. In the "Inner Window, Titlebar, and Frame" section, change all three "alt-mouse" settings to "Nothing".
Gnome/Sawfish

Issue the command gnomecc. The Gnome Control Center is displayed.
From the drop-down menu on the left, select Desktop > WindowManager.
On the right, select Sawfish from the list, then click the button at the bottom Run Configuration Tool for Sawfish. A new window is displayed.
Select Bindings. You can get to the same place by selecting Sawfish window manager-- shortcuts from the original drop-down menu on the left.

Red Hat Linux 7.1

Window Manager

Gnome/Sawfish (*)

Click the Gnome control center;
Select Window Manager in the left panel.

Select Sawfish (current), then click the Run configuration Tool for sawfish button.

In the sawfish configuration window, select bindings in the left panel.

In the right panel, change the context from global to window.

Change the key commands for the commands Move window Interactively and Popup window menu to something other than M-buttonX-ClickX (for example, you could set one tothe F11 key and one to the F10 key).

Click OK and close the configuration window.
KDE (2.1.1 1)

Open the KDE Control Center;
Select Look & Feel.

Select Window Behavior.

In the Focus tab, change the "Focus Policy" to "Focus Follows Mouse". (Note: though no bugs are known which require this setting, it is the one under which Maya was tested)

In the Actions tab, find the "Inner Window, Title and Frame" section. Select "Nothing" from the pull-down menu for both "ALT-Left Button" and "ALT-Middle Button". This setting is required to be able to tumble in Maya.

Press Apply and close the Control Center.

Red Hat Linux 7.2

Window Manager

Gnome/Sawfish (*)

Click the Gnome control center;

Select Window Manager in the left panel.

Select Sawfish (current), then click the Run configuration Tool for sawfish button.

In the sawfish configuration window, select bindings in the left panel.

In the right panel, change the context from global to window.

Change the key commands for the commands Move window Interactively and Popup window menu to something other than M-buttonX-ClickX (for example, you could set one to the F11 key and one to the F10 key).

Click OK and close the configuration window.
KDE ( 2.2-10 )

Open the KDE Control Center;
Select Look & Feel.
Select Window Behavior.
In the Focus tab, change the "Focus Policy" to "Focus Follows Mouse". (Note: though no bugs are known which require this setting, it is the one under which Maya was tested)
Uncheck (de-select) "Click Raise".
To use the Alt + Left Button and Alt + Middle Button keystroke combinations for Maya's camera tools, open the Actions tab.
In the Inactive Inner Window section, select Left Button > Activate and pass Click.
In the Inner window, titlebar and frame section, select Modifier Key > Meta from the pull-down menu for both keystroke combinations.
Press Apply and close the Control Center.

Note: Other window managers may need to be configured differently. "

I have this fix for fluxbox too, if someone is interested I'll post it ...
