apple shake v3.0 for linux demo

You can't - you can get a demo of the Mac version if you ask nicely at your local reseller - or buy the Shake 3.0 Pro Training book....

You need to contact Apple and ask them for a demo license. Most companies give out 30 day temp license if you are evaluating software for purchase.
