New York City design manufacturing firm specializing in retail displays and environments for cosmetic, fragrance, and fashion brands seeks a Digital Artist to model and render presentations in 3D Studio Max.
We offer a creative environment in midtown Manhattan and seek a candidate with 2 to 3 years professional 3D modeling experience for this full-time permanent staff position. Majority of presentations are modeling and rendering.
The successful candidate will be an efficient modeler and have the ability to create realistic materials such as plastic, glass, and metal. Skill at lighting for realistic presentation is essential. Models and textures are reworked numerous times throughout the design phase, so both the artist and the work must be flexible enough to roll with changes easily. Photoshop expertise is also required.
