I am trying to make the video I am working on now look like a old 16mm movie. Is there a filter or plugin that i can download for free or buy that would give me this effect? Thanks for your help

Magic Bullet Suite. although it is costly...

this produces HIGHLY realistic film mimics. its amazing IMO
