I cant comment on the action pose one because i cant see it too well with the rotating. For th walk, it feels floaty, its not about the hit or how big it is, its about when it happens, if you get up out of your chair and try to walk like your character youll find yourself trying to float and that is hard with our gravity being what it is. witht he run the hit is too much, if he has lead boots on or somthing he needs more anticipation, if he is just stoping really hard he needs more followthrough. i like the character you are instilling in the....um....character. one tires of walkcycles that are picture perfect but boring. you cearly had a lot of fun with this and in the end thats what this is all about. keep it up bro.

It's hard to give feedback when we can't watch it cause Geocities has cut off access to the files because you've exceeded your allocated bandwidth.

hi ,
only looked at the walk and run

here's what i thought -
the walk looks more like a sneak - dont know if that is intended or not . the lack of movment in the upper arms contributes alot to this look- it lacks movement in the hips and spine which is very important to give believable weight - he doesn't shift his weight from one foot to the other.

the run is very poppy you need to look at the curves on the spine especially - it also lacks believalbe weight- his head and neck also rotate a bit too much making him look like a chicklen :D

good luck

mark
