3D Prop/Environmental Artist – Contract
Job Description:Pseudo Interactive Inc. has a contract position available immediately for a talented 3D artist. This position involves the modeling and texturing of props for a next generation console game.
Known for its cutting-edge design and technology, Pseudo is building considerable momentum in the wake of Crash and Crash2, two highly acclaimed projects contracted by Microsoft and showcased at the E3 and GDC conventions in 2004. Our staff is made up of a tight knit group of dedicated individuals, and our offices are located in downtown Toronto, Ontario. Previous projects include Cel Damage (Xbox & Gamecube) and Cel Damage Overdrive (Playstation 2).
Requirements/Skills:
Ability to build realistic low poly 3D objects.
Extensive knowledge of 3D Studio Max and Photoshop is required.
Proven texture creation and mapping abilities.
Traditional art skills are a plus.
Ability to provide realistic schedule estimates for tasks
Must be driven, have excellent time management skills and able to work to a deadline.
Previous game development experience is preferred.
