View Full Version : Simcloth modifier inside max
tazmanian 09-17-2002, 06:02 AM I've Installed Simcloth plugin in my max 4,
but when i open the Max i could'nt find the simcloth modifier plugin ..... i can see the plugin in plugin manager ..... i think its properly installed ....
How can i get it inside my Max .... ????

Hm.
You have a mesh object selected? If so it should be right at the buttom of the long modifier-list if so.

it comes with tutorials and explanations of all the parameters, look under the Help folder in MAX, I think it puts a Simcloth.cfm there..
Simcloth is fun :)

Simcloth is FABULOUS.
At the bottom of the create pannel rollout, you´ll find Chaos group´s cloth mesh (it´s different from the standard planes) to wich you can apply the simclothmod modifier.
If you´re only getting started with this plugin, for a mesh to interact with other like cloths do, both meshes have to have simclothmod applied to them (one as cloth, the other as deflector).
You can apply simcloth to only a selection of faces from your mesh so that only the tip of it reacts and interacts with oither meshes orwind.
