Storyboards

I've tried to find a thread that could answer my question but didn't really find one.

Does anybody know where I can find different samples of blank storyboard (styles) that I could print to work on? (by preference 16/9 screens)

This has some animated storyboards, and opens up the whole world of Storyboarding to the new possiblities of taking core animations into the storyboard realm.

Pans, dissolves. I add...why not some basic 3d modelling thrown in, bas relief and such?
