Animal Logic is recognised as Australia’s leading digital effects and animation studio and is counted amongst the top 10 visual effects companies in the world. We are seeking senior effects technical directors. Candidates must have experience with particle simulation.
The following experience will be highly regarded:
Fluid, cloth or hair/fur simulation
MEL scripting
C or C++ programming
Previous effects animation work on large scale feature film projects
Procedural shading and scripting
A technical education or background will also be considered favourably.
The following is required of all candidates:
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to work within a strong team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve.
