View Full Version : monsters inc, camera work
Harrad 09-16-2002, 08:46 PM After geting the monsters inc dvd, and being all-inspireded by the door-ride scene. I'm making my own little rollercoster animation. And i need the camera to follow a spline. so i converter its trigetory from a spline which works fine, but when i play it, the camera is always looking to the north, and i need it to follow the ride round, as tho you are on the ride. I've done this before, but i can't remeber how i did it. Please can some one help me... Thanks alot.

link the target to a dummy object on the spline farther along (keyframes) in front of the camera? Or make a similar spline for the camera target and position it where you want it.
sounds like fun.
