hate to mention this at this late a stage in your project, but shouldn't the lower jaw be a separate piece?

you are right, but if something is laying millions of years in the ground it will become stone :) so you dont see sometimes if it'S or not. has all to be real in 3d ? :drool:

It looks like a very interesting and well modelled organic piece of 3D. I'm not too sure about the lighting though.

Dude not bad, not bad at all. Not sure the nature of the model for animation, but heres a couple of suggestions.
I have to agree about splitting the lower jaw off its the one thing that really throughs the whole realism out the window. The second is that the textureing makes it look like a plasticy replica. Tune down the spec alittle and add a little roughness to it. I have a couple of tons (literally) of fossils from ammonites to birds to full skeletons. Theres nothing that smooth. Now enough criticism and back to AWESOME work.:beer:

oh :9 sorry mihihi i haven't understood you correctly! The lower jaw is splitted! I will try to animate it in about 2 weeks.
