Are you using photo references?? Either way, those are incredible paintings!

Yes the dog is cute :) favorite by far is the girl sitting on the rock, with her face down, and lava [is that lava ?] in the back. It looks very dynamic, and has some emotional attatchment that the earlier pieces lacked. For critique, I would say that you should make sure you have paid attention to the backround as well. it does not need to be sharp, but it should compliment the composition, rather than be simply a wash of color. Rembrendt had wonderful abstract but complicated backrounds.

Very, very good sketches...the look more like finished paintings to me.The puppy looks great, althought I don't like puppys. We want more! +5

Seriously, you need to increase your self confidence... We are laughing at you because of that, wanna know why? Some here can do nothing but dream to draw/paint as good as you do, and all you do is to say that you draw/paint bad? Come on, get that selfconfidence back. :arteest:

Nice sketches and paintings, I really enjoy watching them.
I love the hair that you painted, very nice.
The hand with puppy is my favorite, amazing how well the hand looks, and of course the puppy too.

all in the CGtalk is my friend,
Sorry, I thought you meant that these were drawings of your friends, but this is (I think) Anna Kournikova.
I really enjoy your drawings. Your ghastly drawing really is ghastly. I scrolled down and saw it and nearly peed myself. A very nice picture of your puppy. I'm even more impressed with the hand that's holding her (like CoolDuck said).

No actually that girl is Maria Sharapova, one of the hottest new tennis talents.
I have to say that the painting looks a lot like her. :)
