Hi Gang

Would anybody out there have a bip animation for a dog or some other four legged creature. Any motion would be OK, I'm currently working on a "leap" but I could really use some more stuff to show off this model (low poly dog). I am under the hammer to get something out for a presentation so any help would be appreciated.

Thanx :-)

Benno.

I animated a cow with charater studio, but because it was a surreal piece I cut the cow in half! Ok I also halved it because it is a real bitch to setup and animate quads in CS...

You are going to need the animated pivots of release 3.0 and alot a patients. Do you have the FIG established? Understand how to setup your doggie and overide biped dynamics?

You may be better off skinning a bones setup or using physique without CS. Time for some good old fashion hand keyframing!

Oh and not that it helps, but here is a link to that half cow:

I have my dog all physiqued up and going. I did a leap animation of him and I was just hoping to suck down a couple more files to make my life easier. Not to worry. I'll use the leap and maybe make up a walk cycle if I get time. Love the cow!

Cheers!
