Does anyone know if there is a user interface for Wacom's under linux?

My pressure sensitivity does not seem to be working. When I make a brushstroke the brush will not taper, and I see no options to adjust this under Redhat 8. KDE.

It seemed to work with my Serial Wacom but my new USB just wont do it.

If I wasn't very clear, im trying to paint in Photoshop and my lines will not taper depending on the amount of pressure im using.

I really need to find a work around for this, it seems pointless to have a wacom with no presure sensitivity.
