The Eater of Many- Creature Concept

Nice concept, though the whole thing feels a little flat.

I am convinced that such a creature is entirely stomach arms and teeth. What a glutton. Nice creature.

Why is his tail coming off the side of his leg? Erase that. Tails come off the tail bone. Tentacles come off in other places.

I agree with Aiph that it seems a little flat. Maybe do something to the background to push your terrible creature forward. I'm always inclined to recommend adding more contrast but be creative!

And actually, I disagree with Ognus, put your tentacles wherever you want!

You didnt just disagree with me. You agreed. I said tentacles can go anywhere.
Its tails that dont come off the hip. Tails on animals of any kind have never to my knowledge been known to grow from the hip even in deformaties. I have seen two headed sheep and snakes, and some strange little arms and stuff deforming, but never a tail. That tail is one of the first things to develop in the embryo. Even humans have little tails at some point while they are embryonic.
It looks strange and I think the artist meant for it to be a tail.

Ognus-Good point about the tail. I just got rid of it.

Supremo- Good idea about the background. Thinking about the background helped with adding more detail to the character.
