View Full Version : render flat shaded?
wedge 09-15-2002, 04:27 PM how can i render flat shaded (without the "gourad" effect of blending the shading over the edges) so you can see the faces sharply?

Edit Polygons -> Normals -> Soften/Harden -> 0°
Et voila!
After you've rendered, undo :)

wgeddes Hey why did you change your avatar pic? It was so cute =)))
As far as the question goes -wT- is right. But if you mean, kind of cartoon flat shading, so you dont use any BRDF's - use surfaceShader node.
