hi,
i'm reading Timothy Albee's book (most excellent) and looking at swapping models
he says if your bones and wieght maps have the same names you can swap models,.... okay, but what about point count... don't both models have to have the same point count
oh wait... a light bulb just went off ( i think )
do you create new weight maps for the high poly model with the same name as low poly version??
that makes sense, if it's right
