Hi there,
I just installed C4D 9.1 update. Worx fine!
just a little thing I noticed. Try this:
Make a spline (in the top view)
Use Extrude nurbs to extrude it (say in the y axis)
use fillet cap (5 steps - any radius)
check "constrain" and use ngon caps
when you increase the radius value over a specific limit, the ngon cap becomes triangles instead of ngons and stays triangles when you make it editable.
When not using constrain it doesn't happen.
I simplified the spline to a 2 point bezier so that it reduces the possibility for intersection between polygon edges when the radius becomes too big. What happens is that the triangles appear for some radius value and then dissapear (while I make radius bigger) and then appear again.
It definately is some kind of polygon-edge-intersection thing, but it doesn't seem right...
Is this suppose to happen? Did I find a bug? Do I get a free monkey?
My setup is:
dual G5 1.8 - MacOSX 10.3.7 - 1.25GB RAM
