I'm currently working on a short film and I would like to try and use some realtime footage and make it look 2D. I have already seperated a outline layer using an edge detect but I am having difficulty making another layer that is just colour.
I tried to use the cutout filter in photoshop but I found the footage flickers around too much because the filter is treating each frame seperately.
So I need to achieve a cutout/2D effect but using Shake. Any suggestions would be very welcomed... :-)
