I like it.And it's emotional.Well, your posture looks defensive making a great contrast with the quick way of painting that looks more agressive...Good variation of color and tones but i'm not really good at this so don't trust me:)
cgkoko, loganarts.... thanx for the kind words

:wip: Nice Photoshop Filter! :) ;)
Or what dou you say? :)
filter? just check my other pictures... I hope you didn't mean that i'm using any filters... whatevar, people who know photoshop can tell what's done with filter and what's not...
People woulnt write about me in newspapers or make an exchibition of my stuff or buy anything if it would be done using filter, right?

I've used Photoshop since it came out, and i can tell a filter from enything else......
The filter you used is called Artistic!

And by the way!
U can see its a filter in the picture border! :p
really :) how?
Ok monkey listen. If I can draw like that:
ahy should I cheat at all? Or you will say that this one is a photo also?
Just go and learn to draw...
And if that is a filter then be kind and tell me what filter it is?

wow wow relax guys....i wont comment on the filter or non filter thingy..... but i think as far as the picture concerns, it looks painted on ps.....as lease it does look like that to me? well im learning to paint right now, like your style....i really prefer your own self painting than your clown.......just wanna ask you did you take your painting style after craig mullin?and er,.... does a tablet work faster for you?? cause im using a mouse to paint in ps....... and also..... are you using the style of patch painting? painting in patches over patches? is there any tips you could give?
craig has influence on me... he have given me many useful comments and he have precisely explained his technique to me. I'm learning from the best.
Clown is the only one of these 3 pictures that's done with wacom tablet. mask and selfportrait are mousedrawn. usually i'm using 1-2 layers not more...
wacom... yes it is faster and gives me more freedom because of pressure sencitivity... you press harder line's darker.
Lately i'm doing it this way. I sketch something just for myself straight in photoshop, then i make exact silhouette with the figure or anything on the foreground on the new layer, then i check preserve transparency and start colouring the silhouette without being afraid of loosing sharpness of the edges. sketch layer is usually deleted or overcoloured fot background. You should check. those links i posted with clown picture. Just mail me or check my homepage if you have any more questions.
