Hiho!
I wrote a series of tutorials some time ago. Now I have one ready in English. It's about Differential Rendering (Putting 3D content into real scenes seamlessly and even with light interaction) and Image based Reconstruction in a pretty simple manner. If you are interested, take a look at :

It's a zip file containing a pdf document and some sample files. Unfortunately the scene is only in C4D format. I'll change it. But don't despair, the modeling work is ridiculously easy.
The other files are example pictures to quickly show the compositing work that is described in the tutorial.
I hope it helps a bit. Some more tuts are planned. :-)
