View Full Version : quicktime render options gone?

hi fellers. sorry, another basic question.

i've got c4d r9 installed on both my pc's.

but on one installation it doesn't give me all the usual Quicktime image format options -

as far as i remember i installed them both exactly the same way. obviously not. is there a quick remedy for this, or is it a re-install? this is very frustrating.

maybe also stupid, but are you sure you have (the same version) quicktime installed on both machine?

certainly isn't. i'm too embarrassed to stick around at the moment. please excuse me whilst i go off for a sulk on my own :shrug:

You're not alone. Some days the old grey matter just doesn't seem to work right. The other day I sent Maxon a bug report and today I realised it was me and not C4D. I'm going to look a right dunce when they get back to me and I'll have to explain what happened, LOL.
