CGTalk - AVI to MOV in Afx??

I have both an AVI and an MPEG of the same file that play every frame when I view them in video player but when I import them into After Effects and render them out- it now renders only every 3-4 frames and cuases really poppy motion.

Why is this happening? The frame rate matches. I have been trying to figure this out all day. Please help!

the frame rate is the same?

check the comp frame rate and check all the render settings before render.

thats the only thing i can say with the info that you are giving.
