Short answer: No.
ZBrush is based in a foundation of proprietary techniques no existing API supports or optimizes. Think about how fast you can manipulate millions of polygons in ZBrush, and imagine trying to manage all that detail as pure geometry in another application.
I'm guessing you ask because it's not running so smoothly on your machine?
The good news is you don't need a new video card. The bad news is you probably need more RAM and a faster CPU... :shrug:
