Really good for knocking something together quickly. And FLUID's prrety nice too. Either this or wxWidgets is probably my favourite GUI toolkit...
The only ones I've ever used are FLTK and wxWidgets...
Both using the Python wrapper...
I went off wxPython mainly because it took ages to load up - it was sometimes a good 3 or 4 seconds to run the "from wx.wxPython import *" line....
pyFltk is currently my gui toolkit of choice - it has some issues with the python wrapper - there are bits and pieces that often just decide not to work, but on the whole it's really nice and easy to work with.....

I've been using FOX toolkit thus far because I hate the way wx programming works on windows, FOX, is just such a clean toolkit, but I definately will check this out thanks.

FLTK seemed to have all the basic features to create functional applications quickly. I played around with wxWidgets too and I think I like it better - same with QT from Trolltech (http://www.trolltech.com).
