View Full Version : constraining an array of objects to a spline

is there any way i can do something like the spacing tool, but have the objects constrained to the spline so that i can animate it?

use the spline ik control modifier on the spline .... u'll get helpers at every vertex, which can then be used to control/animate the spline ..... align and then link your objects to these helpers....

There is a maxscript that does that I believe. It is made by Conny Klasson in Sweden.
