hi guys,
anyone an idea how i can drive the cvs of my "faceMuscleFakin" influenceCurve set,
by locators getting from facialMocapRecords?? ...
without the use of clustering the cv`s??

Might be obvious already but any way you could add an influence object or bind them to a bone?

what exactly is it you need? I'm having a hard time deciphering what your real request is.

from my poor translation it sounds like you are looking for a way to have locators drive the deforms of your curve? if so try using a point on curve deformer. the end result is a locator on the curve that will deform the curve.

if that wasn't what you requested, sorry ... i tried my best

place single Joints on your face at the locations of the locators.

ad the Joints as influence objects. Paint the weight desired to acheive affect.

point constrain the joints to the locators.

have the locators drive the position of the joints. It's simple. but I bet it works.

see the facial rigs this guy has made:

the connection editor was the tool of choice!!

"locatorname.translatexyz" drives "controlpoint(cvnumber).xyzvalue" of the curveShape

its to easy when you know how.....

... but what i`m still not understand:
-if i build a curve - it has cvs with koordinateValues - if you select deform>cluster and instantly delete the cluster (or lattice or whatever) - you get cvs with 0 0 0 values (what i need)

so is there any way to "freeze transform" cv xyz values????
