HI all,

damm...

ok , i am wiring bones for y rotation.. means if i going to rotate parent bone in y child is also going to rotate in y...

just like our finger...

it is working fine, if i have created bones form top & prespective view...

but if i am creating bone form left & front, it is giving me very wired kind of result... means it is rotating in other axes

parent is rotating in y, it's child is rotating in x & it's child is rotating in some different axes...

well what should i do???

this happens when i am creating bones form left & front view??

why this thing is happening & what should i do???

Atri

YA i am using max

change from view or local to parent and you will see the right axis

parent is almost ok but if you want to be equal to track view the correct solution is gimbal.

gimbal is equal to every rotation axis in trackview.

have a chain of bones; start to rotate the bones with autokey and check the track view.
you will see when you rotate in parent you will moving keys in more than one axis and gimbal will be only moving in one axis.
