Starting working with on some character poses and this one caught my eye after looking at them again. So I decided to work with it. I'm still not too good with perception that's why it's a dead on straight boring shot.

I was thinking of TV shows how the good character starts off doing well in a fight then loses horribly for a while then makes a come back. I think I'll rip the clothing up for more of that type of scene, but here it is now.

And I know he doesn't have a face, was suppose to be some sort of mask, he is a dark hero. (That and I just couldn't get the face right)

Anyway here it is -

Critiques and comments are always welcome.

You might want to work on the silhouette a bit. That might make it a little more dynamic. The upper torso twist is the only thing that shows that this guy is not standing completely perpendicular to the viewer (see silhouette example below).

Also the colors are way to vibrant. desaturate it and see how that looks. Use your bright colors for highlights and areas where you want your viewer to focus. Then apply some perspective to the background to make it more interesting to look at. Right now ... he looks like he's lost on a very small island.

Thanks Kirk, I'll work on what you stated above and try a new more dynamic pose. I'm glad I finally got some critiques that help me out :)

Oh and my monitor is very dark at the moment (getting a new one) so it looks quite dark to me, but I'll just go see on my friends computer after I change it.

Galo, lol thanks.
