importing from c4d to zbrush.

Whats the recommended file format and steps so i can import my 3d from c4d to zbrush and back to c4d from zbrush.

I generally tend to use the .obj file format when I'm going from Silo/Modo > Zbrush > Cinema 4d. Seems to work well...
