Is there any way to change the resolution of a viewport background? It seems that no matter how big the size of the source image, it will always get pixellated when you set it as a viewport background. The problem is that I can't see my marks in an image for camera matching. I guess while I am at it I might as well ask if there is a way to change the resolution of bitmap textures in a viewport. Thanks for your help.

Here's what you need to do:

1) Customize: click on Preferences
2) Click the viewport tab
3) Click the Configur Driver button in the lower right
4) Find the settings for background texture, and regular texture. Adjust to your hearts content.

*warning.... you will notice a decrease in viewport speed with the larger memory sizes. (also depends on the size of the bitmap) So it's a balancing act. Good luck* :)
