CGTalk - timer script in max

I remember i saw a script or plugin for max, that
creates a 'text' objects that displays the actual timestamp (hh:mm:ss) for the animation
from the selected 'frame'...
(this object could be for.ex. extruded or beveled as any other spline/text object)

But i can't find it any more :(
does anybody know where i could found it ? (or a similar)
