Hey guys. I'm back for more.

This time I have teamed up with the very talented Aaronstg . We came up with a great Extreme Sport that I am very excited about and, hopefully, should please you all as well.

I do not have any model sheets on him yet so its just a generic 'big guy' at the moment.

Crits are welcome, though I am very aware of anatomy errors. Please feel free to rip it to shreads now, you never know when you miss something, another eye is always welcome.

This was primarily a post to stake my claim.

I am probably going back to the enviroment which I have been modeling while waiting for Mr. Aaronstg to come thru with the awsome drawings. Its pretty much done on the modeling side and going to start on the enviroments textures.

This friday/weekend I go back to the character to work on the model sheet for this guy which is heading my way then. Armor and 'other' are after that and then rigging/texturing.

I'm having a blast! - see you on the weekend
:bounce:

(I will be archiving these images into links after a few days up. I dont want to bog down anybodys connection.)

working on getting the right proportions down

it still has a little way to go on the shape of the body. I get to do a lot of definition on the arms/shoulders and also need to shape the legs a little better (though they will be covered with armor I still want to get a good base model down just for practice)

quick update for you guys, here is the start of the armor. I will be doing the shoulderpads / neckpad tonight and then moving onto the hands / gauntlets or the head

cool...

Did you ever get those character sheets from Aaron?

I know you're still very much in WIP mode but the neck looks pretty... ummm... girthy! :) More than the draring :D

Yes, I recieved some model sheets for the body and have worked the shape of the body from those. If I removed the armor it would match the concept body perfect. The neck size will come down to make way for the armor/padding though out of necessity.

In my game, you dont get the luxury of showing skin.

Nice chunky style going on. Very well done! Definiation and armour is coming along great. :D
