Character Reel, Please critique

Overall, it has a good pace, and keeps you interested. One of my crits: Although snappy movement is ap plus, I am tired of slow animation. I would say that sometimes the movement is too fast. Especially with the first part of the aliens skit. They move so fast, you can't even see the animation, which is what you are stressing. Also, when the guy gets hit by the balls, he doesn't even budge, he should move alittle when he gets hit, and then his fall is very awkward, its delayed unnaturally and it is kind of a bizarre fall for what has just happened to him.

But overall, it is awesome, fluid motion. Quick and snappy.

i would say.. the first three animation is good.. i like the style.. :bounce:
but i'm not sure about the red guy.. it seems not enough sense of weight and the timing is kinda off..
i'd like the guy that's sitting and seems like he sees something that made him interested.. (2 animation after that)
and the one after that.. when the guy 's eating..
i know it's a continues animation but the beginning part isn't as good as the ending part..

I have been getting similar crits from other people, so you are both definetly on the right track. The weight of the red guy and the snappiness are things I'm going to work on..

i think you are on the right track, nothing that you wont perfect overtime and experiance, revision after revision.
