View Full Version : Eye blendshape and Rotation

I created a blendshape for the face and eyes.

Now when I want to rotate the eye in this blendshape pose I get this:

As you can see the eyeballs keep their blendshape shape and pops out of the socket. My question: Is there a way to keep the eyeballs in it's original space and be able to rotate the eyes while keeping shape (Basically keeping the eye shape like how it is in Pic1, but be able to rotate them without moving the whole eye shape like in pic2). I hope im making sense in what I want to do. Any help would be apreciated, THanks!

If you do the deformation with a lattice it will work. I'm not sure if theres a way to do it with a blendshape, but you should be able to match that shape by deforming a sphere with a lattice.
