does anybosy know of any good sites that teach the basics of motion designer, in particular Hard FX. Just wanted maybe a few video tutorials that explain the basics and foundations, free ones as well.

unfortunately, I cant apply this kind of trajectory ( mixing hardbody and softbody to react each other) on Lw8 hardbody dynamic .... , now I m still using legacy's md for this dynamics... :(
