Hey funny expression :)
u have to look for the jaw line and the nose looks lil bit straight, add some angle in it. i like the Ear construction, look for the eye construction and direction.

Hey now it looks quite well :) the jaw line
the eye construction and direction---> check out the form of the eye and the direction of vision ( i hope i wrote correct ) sorry brother but english is not my first language, hope u understood what im trying to say !

English isn't my first language either,:).

I am using a mirror as reference so it's hard to see the direction. I gave it a try and I also change the construction, tell me what you think. If you can give me more hands on advise like "the left i needs to come up a bit and the right iris is to small"
