I havent had much time in the past few years to work on my models because ive been concentrating on traditional illustration so much. I forgot how much i like doing it! :)

Hey, this looks pretty good so far, but I have a few crits you may want to look at:
1) His legs appear to be too short and a little too thin on the upper leg region.
2) His crotch seems to be a bit wider than I think is necessary.
3) His hands look small. Often times it is necessary in low poly character modeling to exagerate the hands beyond real human proportions so that they are visible enough.
4) Is that a normal/bump map on him? It looks great, but I don't know of many game engines that support normal mapping and have a 800-900 poly count budget. (This isn't really a problem, cause you did a great job with the map IMO, and it adds a lot to his character)
5) A suggestion for variety: add another protruding bone structure at random location such as the rib cage or arm. I like that upper jaw that protrudes from the flesh, but I'd like to see more of that.
6) My last suggestion is creepy eyes. He needs some eyes, and as a zombie, I would expect something like blank white eyes. You want to suggest that he is undead, but at the same time, let people know right away that is not alive.

Overall really great work so far, keep it up!

Thanks! Im gona go back and fix a few things you mentioned!

As for the bump map, The people i was working with were using a fairly new powerfull engine, i hope they can use a bump. (i dont know much about engines  )

Thanks again!
