square glasses suit the character better, btw what program are you modelling/animating with?

I'm using 3D max v7 for modeling and the animation.
I still don't know how to do the hair yet, just using cilinders isn't very pretty. All sugestions are welcome.

sweet model!! your design rocks - it definitely takes me back to Frog and Toad (http://www.harperchildrens.com/coverimages/large/0060239581.jpg) :) I think you can get away with using cylinders for hair if you just put some alpha on it so it doesn't look so solid. Do you have any animation to share?

Thanks paul :) No animations yet, I haven't tried animation yet, so it will be a big challenge as well :). Here's a wip on the texure:

Dang man, that's sweet!
I love the character, modelling, textures, and morph targets..they are sweet. He looks like he has a lot of character to him.
As for the hair, I like him a lot with no hair, but who knows until we see him? I also agree with Paul about using cylinders and using an alpha channel.
Keep it coming man, it's sweet!

Haven't been working a lot lately (curse World Of Warcraft). But here's a little picture I made for my website, painting clouds is fun.
