CGTalk - Lightwave demo

I saw some place on the net a post about a demo version of Lightwave.

I use Max, but I would like to give lightwave a shot. If any one knows if there is a demo version and were I can find it please let me know.

I checked the site, but did not find anything about demo versions.

godson, there should be a downloadable version coming shortly. You can also order a CD (I think you need to email customer service and they'll send one) or buy one of the graphics magazines that includes the demo. You can also use a filesharing program like Morpheus to find the demo version.

i ordered a demo cd from them about a few months ago and since then, i havent seen an offer for the demo on the website. I have the demo cd and could make an image of it or something and upload it to you if you want.

why not just download the legal demo from Newtek's ftp site?

ftp.newtek.com/pub/Patches/

the pdf docs are located in the support directory
