Hi guys,
I'm trying to create a conveyor belt in maya which is made up of separate segments (poly cubes at the moment). I've got the cubes grouped and then the group is attached to a motion path and then made into a flow path object. That all works fine, but i want to have objects attached to the separate segments without them being deformed. So far i've parent a poly cube to each segment and then deleted the connection to the ffd, which all works fine, however if i add a ploySmooth or a polyExtrude to that cube and then make it all a flow path object, the cube geometry just freaks out....any ideas, or alternative ways to do this?
Cheers, Phil
