Kokoro: Nice to see you again buddy!!!:wavey: Well, one way is to use the Sasquatch plugin. It is used for hair, fur, grass...
Another way is to use the head's polygons and tweek them using the Bevel tool in Lightwave.
I'll use both ways to see which one is better for this model.

I really like the grass you've done and even though I think I've figured out the sport.......I have a doubt he he! I think maybe the cannon would look better with a sort of black iron look with lots of scuffs and imperfections. Just my $0.02

Ok guys. I have put bones to the character and here is a new render with the cannon. Pay attention to the sign. More coming soon!!!:bounce:

It all looks pretty good!:thumbsup: Now i would work on that sky some, and also try to give the background some depth....right now it looks like the ground goes back about 50 feet and then gets cut off. But I like the sign, and its all coming together nicely.:D
