Never really wanted to post anything, as everyones work just astounds me completely, and makes me feel inferior, but Im pleased where this is going.
Here's something im working on at the moment, I know there's a few issues at the mo (glass's, right bit of lip, right eye), only just started on the shirt too. But I thought id show my work in progress, and ask for any constructive crit.

looks quite good to me, no need to feel inferior.

I think the lefteye (on the right) is slightly to big compared to the righteye and there's something about the nose, I think you should move the leftnostril (again on the right :) ) a little bit up.
About the lip: I see what you mean, you could move it up a little to match the leftside, or you could move the leftside slightly down to match the rightside, but I have to say that it isn't really bothering me.
Glasses look good to me.
