perhaps ill add the chains at the feet ... just as alpha mapped quad, and the feet themselves ... ieek

damn that is very low poly, i think you cann propably add some polysgons to support the muscle structure which is in the concept very beautiful.
but the texture is nice at this time and when you erdo 80% it will propably rock :buttrock:

nice! i'd give the hips a little more vertical space to handle a wider range of deformation, but other than that, hot stuff! you might be able to add an alpha-mapped quad for his fingers too?
