View Full Version : Unix Commands on Windows NT/2000
I want to install a Maya to RenderMan exporter from HighEnd3D but I need to have a "Unix's commands" for Windows NT installer previously available from http://www.nothingreal.com/support/downloads/data/NT-Unix.zip for it to work. Since Apple's takeover this link redirects to Apple's site. I have tried searching for about half a day without success. Thanks.

Thank god for that site :D :bounce:
If you want to install the Unix commands yourself just unzip and copy all the .EXEs into c:\WINNT\System32\

Has anyone ever tried using Cygwin? I used it for the express purpose of learning Bourne script and PERL last summer for my exams, but never got round to trying out as a 'proper' shell as it was lost in one of my many re-formats.
