i am planning to buy either one. i am going to overclock, but which is better? i had heard 3200+ is better than 3000+, especially after overclocking.

If its an XP not a 64 that would be a big: wrong. There's not enough overhead on the 3200+ to overclock it much. (I have one- I don't bother overclocking).

Try something more like the m2700 or so I think. Also for non M XP's the 2800+

However, you'll not get the 400Mhz bus unless you get a 3000+.

Take this kinda stuff to Anandtech or something. They'll help you out.
