Hope you like it .I do. :)

I see you've gone for the ultra-low poly target. Very very nice, especially with only 90 polygons. Can the wheels spin, and can you animate the texture for the tracks? What sort of test was this that they were giving you, and for what sort of job?

A small critique: You might want to make the textures a bit sharper, give them more definition. For example, you might want to make the windshields crisper around the edges. Anti-aliasing at that scale is probably actually a bad thing because it reduces texture detail.

Oh yeah, welcome to the Club. :deal:

Thanks for the crits :)

The wheels can spin but not the track (they don't really exist by the way, the bottom of the truck is empty)
I nearly tore off my hear on this windshield map, so smaaall, but i'll give it another try ;)

The test was too model a whole WWII street including a halftrack for a shooting game (seen from above) for phone or ngage. And 1000 Tris for the whole thing with 32x32 maps and no lights.

Oooh, now I want to see the street scene. Hurry, hurry, pictures, pictures! :)

Finaly, i find my street a little too ugly to be expsoed here but you can see it on my site :)

Ugly? No. That's really good. Man, if I could play a game like that on a cell phone I might consider actually getting one!

Here's hoping...

The texture on the gun looks very broken up because you've mapped it diagonally across the texture map. You'd get a better result if you kept the texture horizontal to the gun's top edge.

Otherwise it looks really good for such a low poly model. I'll take a look at the street model when my ADSL connection sorts out it's routing! :argh:

BlackLight: I have put the gun that way in the map in order to have more details on the back of the gun, but the canon is strange in counterpart.

Here i tried to sharpen a little the whole maps and tried to redraw the windshield (i'm still not sure of them).
I placed the gun vertically in my map and reorganised the UV to fit the new map.
The loss of quality to the back of the gun is insignifiant compared to the gain over the canon of the browning.

Thanks ;)
