i have a flattened wire frame of a head
and i also have the model
i want to get into detail painting of the bump map. forehead wrinkles, pores, etc

what is the best way to do this
photoshop with the flattened wireframe?
or some sort of 3d painting?

i am opened to ideas

Try both and see which one you prefer.

I prefer 3D painting because I'm better at it.

what is the best program for that?
i plan to use the bump map and render in 3dsmax with vray
